Returns: Due to the fact that our products are made to order, we are unable to accept returns. However, if there are any manufacturing issues with the garment, please contact us within the first 48 hours of receiving your order, and we will be happy to provide a solution. Remember, you must keep your item in its original package, unused, unaltered, unwashed, and with its original tags.

Exchanges: Shapeshifter pieces are made to order to fit your body, so exchanges are not possible in this case. Once you make your purchase, please provide your measurements so we can recommend the best options. We are here to assist you. For other clothing and accessory items, you can exchange your product within 14 naural days as long as it is in its original package, unused, unaltered, unwashed, and with its original tags. It is your responsability to ship the product back to us. Disclaimer: Some of our products are made with materials such as polyurethane (PU), a material also used in the industry for products like vinyl, PU leather or different fabric finishes. If you already present skin sensitivity to synthetic leather or vinyl, we recommend purchasing our products at your own discretion.
